Conversation Audit

Use conversation records and usage analytics to understand how sub-accounts use agents.

What you can audit today

The dashboard currently exposes two kinds of records:

  • Conversation records: review the workspace's sub-account conversations with agents and expand rows to read message content.
  • Usage analytics: review call counts, credits consumption, and usage grouped by service.

These views help admins understand who is using which agents, when conversations happened, and how many credits different services consumed.

Conversation records

The Threads page lists conversations in the workspace. Each row shows:

  • Thread title.
  • Agent name.
  • Sub-account name.
  • Message count.
  • Last activity time.

Click a row to expand the user and assistant messages in that conversation.

Conversation filters

The global Threads page supports filters for:

  • Agent.
  • Sub-account.
  • Group.

When you open the Threads tab inside an agent, the agent filter is locked to the current agent. You can still filter by sub-account and group.

Usage analytics

The Usage page shows the current plan, credits balance, credits used in the current period or free quota consumption, total calls, and a breakdown table.

The breakdown is grouped by agent, user, service type, and service name. It shows call counts and credits used. Current recorded service types include model calls, tool executions, ASR, and TTS when those services have usage records.

Usage filters

Usage analytics can be filtered by:

  • Agent.
  • User or group, including admin members, sub-accounts, and groups.
  • Service.
  • Period, including the current period and historical calendar months.

When you open the Usage tab inside an agent, the agent filter is locked to the current agent.

What is not included today

The current dashboard conversation view displays message text. It does not provide a separate per-tool-call audit list or a page with every tool call's input and output details.

If built-in tools are called during a conversation, usage analytics can show aggregated call counts and credits consumption by service. It is not a per-call replay view.
